He emphasized that in an era characterized by intelligent collaboration and increased global mobility, alumni networks should play the role of connectors of innovation resources. To that end, Cai proposed building a "Alumni + Enterprise + AI" integrated development model—featuring initiatives such as AI-based career advisory systems, alumni-driven job referral mechanisms, and targeted AI skill training programs—to systematically support the professional growth of returning overseas professionals.

Cai further outlined AIIA's global collaboration strategy, titled "One Alliance, Multiple Hubs, Global Synergy."

  • Open Access to Resources: AIIA will open its AI research assets, enterprise databases, and investment channels to support innovation and entrepreneurship in partnership with global alumni associations.

  • Joint Innovation Hubs: New AI industry and talent collaboration centers will be established across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, jointly built with overseas alumni networks.

  • Global AI Alumni Innovation Alliance: AIIA advocates for a global network uniting alumni innovation resources to promote cross-border mobility of projects, capital, and talent.

  • Public-Private Partnerships: AIIA aims to collaborate with local governments and international alumni associations to create "International Talent Innovation Ports" and "AI Cooperation Demonstration Zones."

Moving forward, AIIA will remain committed to our original aspirations, leveraging AIIA's global presence to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as to advance talent development—contributing substantially to a more open and dynamic global innovation network.
