International AI Industry Alliance Partners with Inaugural China-Europe Scientists Forum to Advance Global Scientific Collaboration

Frankfurt, Germany - The International AI Industry Alliance (AIIA) is proud to have partnered with the inaugural China-Europe Scientists Forum, a significant event that fostered international scientific collaboration. Held on October 20-21, 2024, at the SAALBAU Titus Forum in Frankfurt, the forum was a success, drawing over 200 scientists, scholars, and entrepreneurs from China, Europe, and worldwide to discuss cutting-edge innovations, transnational cooperation, and the future of science and technology. The event reached a broader audience with more than 50,000 viewers joining through online live streaming.


Notably, 2004 Nobel Prize in Chemistry laureate Professor Aaron Ciechanover and former President of the French National Academy of Sciences Professor Etienne-Emile Beaulieu extended their congratulations via video, with Ciechanover highlighting the forum's role in building a bridge for cooperation and exchange between Chinese and European scientists and contributing wisdom to global scientific innovation.



Advancing Global Innovation through Academic Cooperation

As a partner, the AIIA supported the forum's mission to enhance academic exchanges and cooperation between China and Europe. The alliance emphasized our commitment to nurturing a global community that advances innovation and addresses challenges through artificial intelligence.

Initiated by renowned scientists from multiple European countries and organized by scientific associations and institutions, primarily German and French entities, the forum aimed to amplify academic dialogue and collaboration, promote the convergence of top-tier talent and innovative enterprises, and contribute to global innovation governance.

The forum featured eight sub-forums covering topics like robotics, artificial intelligence, clinical diagnosis, translational medicine, carbon neutrality, and new energy, reflecting the event's international and specialized focus. It included participation from hundreds of scientists, entrepreneurs, and overseas Chinese scholars, showcasing the dynamic landscape of Sino-European scientific discourse.



Cutting-Edge Science and Interdisciplinary Applications

Keynote speeches by globally recognized scientists explored a range of topics, from chemical biology to industrial intelligence and sound processing technology. Distinguished speakers like Professor J. Zhang, a foreign member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, detailed breakthroughs in embodied intelligence robotics, offering attendees insights into scientific and technological advancement.



Multi-Disciplinary Sub-Forums Bridging AI, Robotics, Medicine, and Design

Sub-forums highlighted interdisciplinary fields, reflecting multi-tiered Sino-European scientific cooperation. They covered AI applications in healthcare and autonomous driving, robotics in rehabilitation and industry automation, precision medicine and personalized therapy, urban development and cultural heritage, and strategies for carbon neutrality and new energy technologies.
